Bernard H. Hofmann, D.M.D., M.S.

Dr. Bernard H. Hofmann Dr. Bernard Hofmann was raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida in 1992 and his DMD degree from the University of Florida in 1996. Following graduation from dental school, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy and served 11 years in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. During this time, he completed specialty training in Endodontics and a Master of Science degree at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland in 2003. After coming off active duty in 2007, he spent a year and a half in a private practice associateship in Jacksonville before deciding to join Endodontic Professionals in 2009.

Dr. Hofmann is an active Navy Reservist with a unit based in Minneapolis. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, Minnesota Dental Association, and Minnesota Association of Endodontists. Dr. Hofmann and his wife, Akemi, enjoy spending time with their dogs, as well as running, surfing/snowboarding, and travel.
