FINANCIAL/INSURANCE INFORMATION

For your convenience, our office accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express.  Payment is due at the time service is rendered.

The majority of insurance carriers are accepted. We work with you hand in hand to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please bring your insurance information with you to your initial appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.

If you have any problems or questions about your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

If you have dental insurance:

As a service to you, we will file your insurance claim forms. Your insurance company will provide an ESTIMATE of what they may pay. Your actual coverage depends on the specifics of your plan and how much of your annual benefit you have already used. You will be responsible for the quoted co-pay in full at the time of your appointment. Upon receipt of payment from the insurance company, we will bill you for any outstanding balance or refund any overpayment directly to you.

If you do not have dental insurance:

A 5% discount will be applied for payment in full made with cash or check. If you need to make payment arrangements, three and six month interest free financing is available through a third party healthcare company called CareCredit. You may apply on their website at www.CareCredit.com or we can help you submit your application at the time of your appointment.
